By using lxwis Shop, you agree to these terms. We provide digital top-up services for mobile games and premium accounts.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0 to 12 hours. We strive for instant delivery, but delays may occur due to high volume or network issues.

3. Accuracy of Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the User ID, Server ID, and Region provided. We are not liable for items sent to the incorrect account due to user error.

4. Warranties & Claims

• For Premium Accounts (e.g., Spotify, Netflix): You must provide a "Legit Check" comment on our official Facebook post with proof of the account working. Failure to do so voids the warranty.
• For Game Credits: You are encouraged to provide a legit check to maintain your standing in our community.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed if we are unable to fulfill the order. Refunds are issued to your lxwis Shop balance, not to your original payment method (GCash).
